Welcome

Beit Polska

Union of Progressive Jewish Communities

As we face the current COVID-19 epidemic, we need to act in ways that protect the health and life of all members and supporters of Beit Polska. In this respect we are guided by the pikuach nefesh principle of Judaism, which puts saving the human life ahead of all and any other religious or ethical obligation or consideration.

Members of the central board of Beit Polska and its affiliated communities Beit Warszawa and Beit Trójmiasto have decided to institute a temporarily suspension of Sabbath service gatherings over the next few weeks.

In order to provide for the religious and social needs of our members and supporters over these hard times, we will broadcast Friday night services starting at 7pm CET and Saturday morning services starting at 10:30 am CET

Support Beit Polska/Friends of Jewish Renewal In Poland

The creation of the modern State of Israel was the crowning Jewish achievement of the 20th Century. The restoration of Jewish vitality in Poland should be the crowning Jewish achievement of the 21st Century. That is our mission.

Your gift supports the vital work of welcoming Poles whose Judaism survived the last seventy years. With your support, we are reconnecting them with the Jewish people and helping them become modern Jews. Your generous donation will underwrite the teachers, new communities and learning tools essential for this work.

Thank you!
